Challenge

Draken Film approached Magine Pro looking to change their OTT video platform provider, improve customer experience and quality, enhance their existing web-only streaming service, provide new high-quality apps on iOS and Android, and later expand to big screen platforms including Samsung and LG Smart TVs.

Solution

Migrate Draken Film’s existing service and subscribers from their current OTT platform provider to Magine Pro’s platform, ensuring zero downtime.

Design and build Draken Film’s unique and branded Android and iOS applications.

Scale Draken Film to big screens with the addition of tvOS, Android TV, Samsung, and LG Smart TV applications.

Maintain Draken Film’s custom-developed web service, including subscriber registration, login, payments, and metadata, and integrate it with Magine Pro’s platform through Magine APIs.

Provide Draken Film with new promotion and voucher capabilities.

Implement direct access to Magine Pro’s platform CRM Console, empowering Draken Film to generate in-depth data reports and analytics tailored to their needs.

Establish secure access to the Magine Pro Console, a robust web-based management tool enabling Draken Film to curate their service, edit metadata, artwork, and publish assets remotely.

Migrate Draken Film from their current payment service provider to Adyen, one of Magine Pro’s payment service providers.
